Professional Journey
Started career in advertising over 20 years ago. Worked at leading international agencies — BBDO, Publicis. Was a creative director, led teams developing strategies for major brands.
Since 2022, fully focused on AI. Developed a corporate team training methodology that allows implementing neural networks into workflows in 2-4 weeks.
Today I lead AI Masters and product, AI and R&D at Majento. I train corporate teams on their own work.

AI Masters helps people and teams use AI at work. If a task needs integrations, a custom application or an agent connected to company data, Majento handles it as a separate software development and implementation project.
Serge Shima founded AI Masters and co-founded Majento. He leads product, AI and R&D at Majento; Batyr Latipov leads strategy and business development. The team builds and implements software and agentic systems.
Training develops employee skills. Implementation includes workflow analysis, access design, a pilot, quality checks and handover to the team. Development scope and pricing are agreed separately from training.
